Fancy Take Out Boxes- Fancy Friday Blog Hop

Hello everyone! It's time for another Fancy Friday Blog Hop! This week, we are focusing on creative wrapping. I decided to show some of the boxes I have wrapped for my recent craft shows. They each feature the Stampin' Up Take Out Box and have a belly band that slides off!

When you order the Take Out boxes, they come ready to fold and close. Nothing else required! They look like this:

But, of course, you need to FANCY them up!

First, I'll show you my favorite! I am in love with the Champagne Glimmer Paper. I can't get enough of it! And these Champagne leaves are so awesome paired with Real Red and Basic Black! I created the white flower with Crepe Paper.
Next, I have a Thanksgiving Take Out box. Wouldn't this be wonderful to send leftovers home in! The tag is from Merry Everything and the feathers are from Four Feathers.

And here is another Thanksgiving Take Out box.  It has a totally different look, but still fun! Here I used the Mingle All The Way stamp set again with Champagne Glimmer Paper. The DSP is from Motley Monsters.

And here is how I displayed them! You can see a few others in there that apparently, I didn't get pictures of before I sold them!

Ok, time to hop along to my friend Jane Lee! Have a great FridaY!

French Fry Box Cowgirl Style

Hey everybody! Today I am sharing with you some party favors I made a couple weeks ago for my youngest daughters Cowgirl Party. This girl is obsessed with horses, so we had her party at a local farm. She loved it!

Ok, so I wanted quick and easy. (Yea right, I don't really know what hat means! LOL!) So, I quickly cut out some Strawberry Slush Fry Boxes on my Big Shot. I stamped them with the Hardwood stamp in Strawberry Slush ink. I also used the Yee Haw stamp set and my Star Framelits. All stacked up with some retired twine and buttons and held in place with hot glue!

For the inside, I made White Chocolate horse heads. Seriously, looks fancy, it's not! I ordered the mold on Amazon for a couple of dollars and added in melted White Chocolate. It's fool proof! I put those in Stampin' Up Gusseted Bags and tied them with some retired ribbon.

I added in a few plait horses and a sherif badge and called it DONE! Pretty easy, right? I love that fry box die!!

Holiday Home (HSS199)

Hello everyone! Are you ready for a new Hand Stamped Sentients challenge? We've got a great sketch for ya!

I decided to do a card with Holiday Home, but not really a holiday card.

I stamped the house on Kraft Paper and used Blendabilities to color them in. Doesn't that give it a nice look?  I couldn't decide n a sentiment, so I left one off but now I fee like it looks unfinished. I guess I need to go back and add one to the bottom.

OK, stop by HSS and check out the other designers and link yours up as well!
Have a great day!

Get Your Santa On

Good morning everyone!! How was your weekend? Is it COLD where you're at? Man, usually down here in South Texas, we don't get really cold very much, and never in November!! As I type this, it's 29 outside! Yikes!!And, it was wet and rainy all weekend. But, that gave me permission to hide away in my warm office and do some work. One thing I worked on were the swag bags for this weekend's Holiday Crop! I can't wait!

I have some other surprises planned, but I will show you those next week!

I have a fun card for you also which uses the Get Your Santa On stamp set and Blendabilities.

Isn't that little suit just so cute!
And, I added my sentiment on the inside. I also used some of the snowflakes form the Frosted Sequins and the very yummy Real Red Satin ribbon.

We also had some "loose tooth drama" this weekend. My youngest is about to loose her top front tooth. The big tooth has come down so far that the baby tooth is literally sticking out horizontally! It looks terrible! But that thing is still holding on for dear life!
But, always the wild child, she was up for some creative intervention. She asked for this tow truck that :can pull up to 200 lbs" for her birthday earlier this month. So, we put it to the test to see if it could get the job done.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get the string to stay on her tooth, because it's sticking straight out!! LOL! So, if you have any tips for getting rid of a snuggle tooth, leave it for me in the comments!

Alright, thanks for stopping by today and I'll be back tomorrow!
