Project Life by Stampin' Up Playground Scrapbook Page- Artisan Blog Hop

Hello everyone! Can you believe this year for us has come to an end!? It has been an AMAZING two year journey for me as I served as a member of the Artisan Design Team. I can't really write much because I am so overcome with emotion at the fact that this is the end....

OK, let me stick to the easy part- This page was created with Project Life by Stampin' Up Playground cards. Yes, you can use these wonderful little pieces of art on traditional scrapbooking pages!

I also used my ecutter and MDS version to cut this cute camera!

I used the new Little Leter Framelits to cut the title out of one of the cards.
And who knew you could cut shapes out of the burlap ribbon!? You can! I used a Star Framelit!

OK, let's see if I can do this.... Thank you for being a part of the last two years. I have grown in so many ways. I can't even describe the ways being a part of the Artisan DT has changed my life. I have friends, life long friends, who would have never come into my life other wise. I have been encouraged and inspired by the other ladies on both teams in ways that helped me grow as an artist and reach for goals I wanted. I just can't even tell you how big this has been in my life and for how very grateful I am for Stampin' Up and this opportunity.

But, it's time for me to step aside for another AMAZING group of ladies. I am focusing on my SU business with the same focus I gave the DT and I hope you will stick around and see all the fun things I have planned!

Now, for the last time... you're off to one of my most favorite friends, Jane Lee!

Sweet Stuff (HSS191)

Good morning! It's Tuesday and that means it's time for another Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge!

I was in a pinch for time this week when I made this card so I used my Project Life by Stampin' Up Playground Cards as a starting point. The strip down the side is a card cut in half!

The background stamp is called Handcarved and the sentiment is from  Sweet Stuff.

I added the cute little ballerina stamp to the inside. I colored it with my Blendabilities. I also added a strip of Washi Tape across the bottom.

Make sure you check out the other designers at HSS and link up with us when you are done with your project!

And, don't forget today is the last day to register for my Teacher's Gift Class!

And if you are interested in learning more about Project Life, I have a Project Life class coming up as well. It is available to go for those who don't live in the San Antonio area!

Something for Baby

Good morning everyone! I hope you had a nice weekend! Mine was full of fun Stampin' Up activities. Each one lots of fun. I love my job! :-)

Today's card is another from the Convention Display Boards.
It is again one of my Project Life cards!

The two patterned pieces are cards from Everyday Adventure Project Life by Stampin' Up Cards. The cute stamp is from the Something for Baby set and was cut out by the coordinating framelit. I love when I don't have to cut by hand!

Project Life by Stampin' Up Everyday Adventure Card

Happy Saturday everyone! I have a busy day ahead of me including a private class and a road trip to pick up my daughter form camp! But, before I'm off, I wanted to post another sample from the Inspire, Create, Share Display Boards!

This one again features Project Life by Stampin' Up Everyday Adventure cards.
Love them. Love them a lot!
I made a shaker using a cello bag and some of the awesome new sequins! Love them too!!! No stamps involved here. The sentiment was already on the PLxSU card. So easy!!

Project Life by Stampin Up Traditional Scrapbook Page

Happy Friday! Are you enjoying your summer? Although the heat hasn't been as bad (yet) as normal, I can say my morning runs have been pretty brutal. I think I am ready for FALL!

This morning I am showing you my very favorite project I created for the display boards at convention. I think the reason I love it so much is because of the colors! This was created completely from Project Life by Stampin' Up Everyday Adventure Cards.

I placed a few of the larger cards down on a piece of 12 x 12 Whisper White Cardstock. Then I put my pictures (my girls on the cruise in May!) and added a smaller card on the right.

Then, I just went to town with my Hexagon punch! I chose cards that had a solid color pattern and just punched away. I probably only used 4-5 whole cards (out of the 100!) I used the Typeset Die and one of these cards to punch the title.

And, last, I added a PLxSU journal card. It again was from the same box!

And a few Crushed Curry Twine bows. Some of the hexagons were flat and some of them were popped up with Dimensionals.
Obviously, this is not the intended use of the PLxSU cards, but I love to use them for MANY things in my craft room! :-)
